Broadly speaking we work in favour of our unemployed clients so that we can place them into work. This means that we work with both the unemployed client and prospective employer to ensure a favourable result.

We have skilled and experienced local people with a realistic and positive approach to helping our clients return to the workforce.

Our staff have extensive experience in assisting unemployed people back to work. Our staff know how to talk to people and know how to help people. Our staff have professional and trade qualifications and a wide range of labour market experience and skills. We know the local labour market and community groups. This means that we are able to enhance employment opportunities for job seekers.

If you are eligible for Intensive Employment Assistance then the reasons why you should consider us are:
# we will provide support to our clients;
# we will negotiate with an employer to provide financial incentives for your employment;
# we will assist our unemployed clients with training, job search skills, resumes and financial assistance where appropriate (e.g. travel assistance, clothing assistance etc) to enter into employment;
# We will explore any reasonable avenue to help you find work;
# we will provide a free service to employers who provide employment to our clients.
