Minniecon & Burke Pty Ltd (Employment and Consulting Services) has developed a unique business profile since establishment in 1995.

As a privately owned company, initially established in Rockhampton, we have now expanded our services regionally into Mackay, Whitsunday, Townsville, Innisfail, Cairns, Yeppoon and Gladstone.

Minniecon & Burke is a Registered Employment Provider and a member of the Federal Government's Job Network.

Our 100 staff (21 indigenous) provide employment services for jobseekers and employers as well as labour market and indigenous consulting services. We currently provide Intensive (Support Services) to over 5000 clients.

Our staff have extensive experience, skills and qualifications in Human Resource Management and Occupational Psychology, counselling and case management. All staff involved will have highly developed skills.

Minniecon & Burke has extensive experience in labour market development with a wide range of clients and project involvement and have already provided similar services to the Department of State Development.

Our involvement in major employment and consulting initiatives throughout Queensland and the expertise gained, allows us to offer all business clients a unique and innovative service.

Additionally we have found the right employees for employers across the region and place over 2000 people in employment on an annual basis.

Our business continues successfully today and we have developed a wide range of 'strategic alliances' with employers, service and training providers, other employment organisations and industry stakeholders.
